Whenever I would read books in school I'd try to listen to certain cds so I'd associate that album w/the book

Interview With a Vampire is associated with Bat For Lashes' Two Suns
Killer Angels is The Decemberists - Her Majesty
M83's self titled goes with Night and 1984
East of Eden went with all the Concretes/Taken By Trees stuff I had
The Pipettes only CD goes with The Official SAT Study Guide lol

Thats actually cool. But then if its a crappy book and you like the music that went along with it, it might ruin the music for you...
